Secroft Sharks - Amateur Rugby League Club

Local Councillors support local sport’s initiative for all in our community.

The Labour Councillors of Killingbeck and Seacroft have worked with Council’s Parks Department to convert the football pitch at Seacroft Sharks based at the Working Men’s Club on Ironwood View and have helped with the repair of the boiler in the changing rooms and a new fence has been erected rounds the pitch.

Now an open age amateur rugby league club has been established.

Seacroft Sharks are doing well and have won most of their games and hope to get promoted in their first season.

Working with Leeds City Council’s, Active Leeds there plans to start young people’s teams in the new year.

Message from  Katie Dye, David Jenkins and Paul Drinkwater, Labour Councillors for Killingbeck and Seacroft.
